SUP Yoga Fusion
Ignite your mind, body and spirit with this unique adaptation of an SUP yoga class. This experience will combine light/moderate cardio (paddling) with yoga and guided meditation for an immersion workout that will leave you glowing from the inside out. Our talented instructors have many years of combined experience teaching yoga, personal training, guiding paddlers, and facilitating workshops. This 1.5 hour class will take you on a journey deep within, while surrounded by the healing beauty of the ocean. This class is open to all levels, but we recommend previous paddling/yoga experience.
