This is your alternative to the gym, it is your outdoor fitness center. Just think, instead of lines to get on treadmills, you have dolphins & whales swimming alongside of you! Paddling for fitness not only calms the mind, but strengthens the body.

How does payment work for a Fitness Plan?
Payment is required to begin a fitness plan. If you are not already a PSC Lifetime Member this will be added to your cart. If you already have a PSC Lifetime Membership, you must login so we can access your account.
NO CONTRACTS after 3 months! After the introductory 3 months, you can login to your account at anytime to stop your auto-payment. Your membership will continue until your next payment is due.
You can pause your membership for $5/month to skip the introductory period when you want to start your membership again.
You will be auto renewed to pay each month on your reunion date.
Age and Weight Restrictions to be aware of:
- Children Under 12 must paddle with an adult on a tandem.
- You must be 16 or older to paddle without an adult.
- You must be 5 feet tall to paddle a SUP on your own.
- Weight limit on all SUPs is 200 with 2 people and 240 solo.
- Dogs are welcome, we have dog PFDs.
