MERCHANDISE RETURNS

All sales are final.

MEMBERSHIP DUES

Dues and membership fees are non-refundable.

Fitness Dues plans require a 2 month commitment and then you can cancel at anytime.

RENTALS CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel or reschedule your reservation any time prior to your scheduled arrival time and get a full refund.

OCEAN EXPLORER CAMP CANCELLATIONS

• Payment in full to reserve. 
• No cancellations within 30 days of camp start date.
• Full refund for cancellations 30 days or more from start date.

GUIDED EXPERIENCE CANCELLATIONS

Pending Orders:

• You can cancel at anytime and receive a full refund until we confirm your order.
• We may cancel at any time for any reason until we confirm your order.

Confirmed Orders:

• Full refund or credit 21 days or greater from departure!
• 20-8 days before your tour: Change to a different date or trip with no fees as long as your change doesn’t affect our minimums.
• Refunds are available minus a 25% fee from 20-8 days from trip.

— No refunds or credits within 7 days of your departure.–

** If we have to cancel for any reason, including weather, you’ll get FULL refund.**

Lodging/Airlines/Other Considerations:

We understand you may be booking other accommodations on your trip. If you have a cancellation window on your other accommodations that doesn’t match with our policies, please call to discuss options. Thanks!

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS

If we have to cancel because of weather you can get a 100% refund or credit for a future trip. This will occur for your rental or lesson if wind or swell is outside of our weather protocols or your ability.

WEATHER CONSIDERATIONS

• No paddlers over 25 mph wind
• Paddling SUP over 15mph is NOT fun and we don’t recommend it.
• Kayaks can paddle in wind up to 25 mph in the confined space of the harbor.

RENTAL POLICIES

• All ages can participate as long as we have a PFD to fit the participant.
• All paddlers under 16 years old must wear a chest PFD.
• Must be age 12 years old to kayak in a single kayak.
• Must be 14 years old to paddle an SUP (height, weight & physical ability can be considered).
• Must be 16 years or older to paddle without a parent or guardian on the water with minor.
• All participants must READ and agree to rental rules and assumption of risk document.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL AUTHORIZATION

By signing you are authorizing your credit card to be charged up to the value of equipment being rented if it returns broken or damaged. This authorization is up to $1,500 for some items. For more information inquire with the front desk staff. Please come back with everything in one piece!

PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Paddle Sports Center does NOT share any personal information with 3rd parties. Credit Cards are stored with MindBody Online, a PCI level 1 compliant organization.
